Designing new residential housing is where my key interests lie and where I have vast experience in.  I also have a wealth of experience in altering existing dwellings and have been involved with designing shop fit-outs and other commercial buildings.

Architectural services here include designing new built homes, altering existing homes, visiting sites, negotiating with key stakeholders such as the Council, builders and engineers, submitting building consents and resource consents, etc.
